Access & Entry Management
At Deal Scout STL, we don’t just provide walkthroughs — we also offer Access, Lockbox, and Entry Management to make your transaction seamless. For $55, I’ll handle the details that save you time and hassle, whether that means setting up or managing a lockbox for absentee sellers or coordinating key pick-up and drop-off. A lockbox is always included in the price. If you’re booking alongside a property walkthrough, reach out for a $15 discount code.(lockbox/service must be happening at the same time as the walkthrough for discount)(If picking up keys from a Separate location discount is nonapplicable).
