Every property walk includes 100+ high-resolution photos, plus both an interior video walkthrough and an exterior video walkthrough with voice notes. This way you get a complete view of the property inside and out, along with clear commentary on layout, condition, and key repair items — almost like being there in person. Perfect for investors, wholesalers, and out-of-state buyers who need reliable, detailed property documentation.
Access & Entry Management
At Deal Scout STL, we don’t just provide walkthroughs — we also offer Access, Lockbox, and Entry Management to make your transaction seamless. For $55, I’ll handle the details that save you time and hassle, whether that means setting up or managing a lockbox for absentee sellers or coordinating key pick-up and drop-off. A lockbox is always included in the price. If you’re booking alongside a property walkthrough, reach out for a $15 discount code.(lockbox/service must be happening at the same time as the walkthrough for discount)(If picking up keys from a Separate location discount is nonapplicable). My goal is to take the extra trips and stress off your plate so your deal can move forward smoothly.
Agent comps (AS-is + arv)
I’ll pull MLS comps, tax records, cMA and provide a quick as-is value and ARV range based on the property’s condition. I exclusively work with investment properties, so everything is tailored for real deal underwriting. Includes comparable sales for each so you can make a fast, informed decision.
Can be booked alongside a walkthrough, or if you already have photos you can email them over and I’ll take care of it.
